It is a requirement under our booking Terms & Conditions, which are viewable online and also within this Booking Form, that you must take out full travel insurance to cover all aspects of your trip, and in particular to cover any risks to which you will be exposed, depending on the nature of activities which you intend to do. Such insurance should cover for all medical care (including emergency care), adequate cancellation to the value of your holiday, and also repatriation costs. You should check for any exclusion of activities that you might be undertaking. Some insurers now offer specific insurance against cancellation, delay and abandonment due to volcanic ash disruption. This can be taken out as an add-on to some travel insurance policies or as stand-alone cover. We recommend you obtain volcanic cover for any disruption. Should you need help in taking travel insurance for your trip, we may be able to advise on an insurer who can provide cover, but without an understanding of your circumstances and requirements, we cannot guarantee this.
