Amani Safari Camp, Klaserie is an intimate, owner-managed 4 bedroomed Safari lodge located in the heart of the Klaserie Private Nature Reserve. Klaserie Nature reserve forms part of the Greater Kruger National Park with no fences between them. The Klaserie River and the dry riverbed hugs the front of the camp. Cliff tops, valleys, rocky outcrops and reed-lined sandy banks attract a plethora of birdlife, small mammals and the big five.
Location
Amani is located in the Klaserie Private Nature Reserve which shares unfenced borders with the Kruger National Park and the Timbavati Game Reserve which means wildlife are able to roam freely throughout. Klaserie Private Nature Reserve forms part of the Associated Private Nature Reserves with no fences between the various private parks and The Kruger National Park. Located close to the Klaserie River and offering a traversing rights of over 3500 hectares either side of the river.
Rooms
There are 4 en-suite, air-conditioned rooms sleeping 8 people in total. Rooms are located under one roof and all lead off a central area. The en-suite rooms are air-conditioned with twin over-sized beds. Each room has an outside entrance and one that leads into the main lodge area.
Communal Areas
The central area consists of a deep patio and indoor interactive kitchen area, where guests can relax and chat as meals are prepared. There are leather couches and lots of books to read for staying cosy indoors. There is a well-established garden housing a boma, swimming pool and lookout deck facing onto a waterhole. The layout of Amani Safari Lodge is a light, airy and open plan setup. Small groups of friends or families can hire out nDzuti exclusively, and enjoy all the facilities as one group.
